Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-09-21

Beta policy draft — operator details, governing law, and final contact information remain subject to owner and counsel review before public platform review. This page is not presented as legal advice.

1. Agreement and operator

These Terms govern use of Publane at https://app.wtverkoop.com. The final legal operator and monitored contact will be published before external platform review. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter this agreement and meet any age, account, or regional requirements imposed by applicable law and a connected platform. You may use only accounts and content you are authorized to control.

3. Product account

You are responsible for accurate registration information, credential security, and all activity under your product account. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use. We may require email verification or suspend an account to protect users and the service.

4. Connected platforms

A connected platform remains a separate third-party service governed by its own terms, rules, moderation, availability, and account controls. Authorization does not transfer ownership of that account to us. You can disconnect through the product when the live integration is available.

5. User content

You retain your rights in content you select. You grant only the limited permission needed to process your instructions, display a local preview, and transmit confirmed content and metadata to the connected platform. You represent that you have all rights, releases, licenses, music permissions, and disclosures required for the post.

6. Publishing responsibility

You choose the destination account, media, caption, privacy, interactions, commercial disclosures, AIGC declaration, and final confirmation. You are responsible for reviewing each choice and for the consequences of publishing. Processing and moderation may be delayed or rejected by a connected platform.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

  • Publish content you do not own or have permission to use.
  • Mislead users, omit required commercial/AIGC disclosures, or evade platform rules.
  • Run account farms, spam, deceptive automation, credential sharing, or access bypasses.
  • Probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or compromise the service.
  • Upload malware or unlawful, abusive, exploitative, or infringing material.

8. Free Beta

The initial service is a Free Beta. Features may be incomplete, changed, limited, or withdrawn. We do not promise future pricing, feature availability, approval by a third party, or uninterrupted access. Any material pricing change will be disclosed before it applies.

9. Third-party APIs and service availability

Platform APIs, scopes, rate limits, audits, and policies may change independently of us. We may pause a feature when authorization expires, a limit is reached, an integration is under review, or continued operation could violate law, security, or platform rules.

10. Intellectual property

The product software, interface, documentation, and working brand are owned by the service operator or its licensors, excluding user content and third-party marks. No connected platform trademark is claimed as our own.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and request deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, unlawful use, platform-policy risk, or service discontinuation. Where reasonable, we will provide notice or a path to appeal.

12. Data deletion

Product deletion is described in the Privacy Policy and Settings. Deleting or disconnecting this service does not automatically remove content already posted to a third-party platform; the user must use that platform’s controls.

13. Disclaimers and liability

The beta is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Final warranty exclusions, liability caps, consumer-law carve-outs, and remedies require legal review for the operator’s jurisdiction and are not supplied as final terms in this draft.

14. Governing law

Governing law, venue, dispute resolution, and mandatory consumer provisions remain pending owner and counsel confirmation and will be published before external platform review.

15. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms with a revised date and appropriate notice. A monitored legal contact will be published before external platform review.
